RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Paverof™ wants you to have clear information about returns and refunds. This policy applies to purchases made through paverof.com.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a standard return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To start a request, email service@paverof.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our instructions before sending an item. Our business address is not an automatic return destination.

For a standard change-of-mind return, please keep the ornament and its included components in substantially original condition and package it carefully. We will confirm eligibility, the correct return address, and any applicable return postage before you send it.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact us promptly at service@paverof.com. Include your order number and clear photos when practical. We will review the issue and explain an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, return, or refund in accordance with applicable law. We will explain any return shipping arrangements when the issue is our error.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email service@paverof.com within the applicable return window.
2. Wait for confirmation of eligibility and the correct return instructions.
3. Package and send the item as instructed. Keep your tracking receipt when available.
4. We will inspect the return or otherwise verify the issue and notify you of the decision.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. If you have not received an approved refund after the processing period and your provider’s posting time, contact service@paverof.com.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
