These Terms of Service govern purchases from paverof.com. The store is operated by Guangzhou Fangyi Trading Co., Ltd. under the Paverof™ brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Paverof™ offers starry sky inspired decorative ornaments. Review the individual product listing for its appearance, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and included components. Styled photographs may show props that are not included. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors and finishes appear.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The applicable currency, product price, available payment methods, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge conversion or transaction fees.

Please provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Do not send your full payment card number or security code by email.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt confirms that we received the order. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item, without limiting your applicable rights.

SHIPPING

After payment confirmation, we process and dispatch orders within 7 business days. Standard U.S. transit typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a standard return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method; your payment provider may require additional posting time. Please use our website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security. Paverof™ names, product photographs, descriptions, and website design may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Browsing the store does not grant permission for commercial reuse.

LIABILITY AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, while preserving mandatory consumer rights and remedies available in the customer’s jurisdiction. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or waive statutory rights.

CHANGES

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
